The Products tab contains all the products available for use on the store. In this area, there are three sections:
Product List
Add to Product List
To add items to the product list, click on the Add Products button.
Search for a single product or add from existing collections, presentations, orders, or stores. Mark the product(s) to move them to the Selected Products & Services list. When the list is complete, click on the Add Products button.
All Products and Hidden Products Tabs
The Product List has two tabs: All Products and Hidden.
- All Products
Displays thumbnail images of the active items on the store. - Hidden
displays thumbnails of items that are not currently active on the store, but are available for use.
Each product thumbnail contains a "+" in the upper right corner which enables you to hide or show the product as well as delete it. Below the product image, there are two lines which enable you to drag and drop the products to set a custom display order.
Customize Product Information
To customize the information for the product, click on the product thumbnail. The Edit Product Details area will be displayed and you will be able to update the product details.
Global Product Configuration
Enables you to choose to show or hide fields for all products on your website and set a default sort option for search results. Use the slider to show or hide a field:
- Product CPN
- Product Description
- Product Color Variants
- Product Size Variants
- Product Material
- Product Shape
- Imprint Information
- Pricing
- Additional Charges
- Customer Comment Box
- Upload Additional Details
The selections made will be displayed in the live product page preview on the right.
Decorations
Decorations are set imprinting configurations. Decoration templates can be imported from a saved decoration in CRM or use the Create a New Decoration to add a new template.
Import a Decoration
Click on the Import a Decoration button.
Use the "Search Company with Decorations" dropdown to locate the company from CRM. Then, click on the company's name. All available decorations for this company will be displayed. Click on the decoration template(s) you would like to use on the store. When you are finished making selections, click on the Import Decoration button.
The decoration template(s) will now be displayed.
Create a New Decoration
If you do not have a saved decoration template for this company, you can create one for this store. Click on the Create a New Decoration button .
Enter the imprint specifications for this decoration, such as the imprint location, method, color, and size.
In the Artwork & Files section, you can select files saved to your CRM for this company by using the Select Artwork drop-down or upload artwork. To upload artwork, you can drag and drop a file into the available box or click on the Choose Image to Upload button to browse your computer. Attached artwork will display to the right.
There are fields available where you can specify a decorator and indicate any decoration instructions.
If you would like to save this decoration to your CRM, you can enter a decoration name and then click on the Save Decoration button.
Personalization is an imprinting option that indicates a different imprint on each item. For example, a baseball jersey where each member of the team has their last name and number on the back of the jersey. If this decoration utilizes personalization text, use the slider to enable this option.
When you are finished configuring the decoration, click on the Create Decoration button.
When adding a new decoration, you will be prompted to add products for which the decoration should be applied. Click Continue.
The Add Products to a Decoration window will open and display all active products for the store. Use the checkbox to select one or specific items; or, use the Select All checkbox to choose all products. When you are finished making your selections, click on the Add Products button.
A notification that changes made to this decoration template will affect all products which have been added and ask if you would like to save the changes. Click on Continue.
Manage Decorations
After a decoration has been added to the store, it can be updated by clicking on the three-dot icon and selecting Edit. To delete this decoration, select Remove.
