The Order Management section enables you to management payment options, shipping information, coupons, and disclaimers for the ESP+ Store.
Payment Management
In the Payment Management section, you can enable points and set up the exchange rate, turn on customer invoicing, and connect a Stripe account to accept payments on the store. Click on the Manage Account link to update the Stripe account integration in the Settings area.
Note: To return to the store admin section from the Settings area, click on Stores from the main toolbar and use the search bar to locate the store.
In this section, you an also determine whether to include sales tax in the final total during checkout.
Shipping
In the Shipping section, you can set the defaults for shipping location and charges. The Shipping Location determines where to ship the products from the store:
- Ship to the customer
Require customers to input their shipping information so they can receive their products directly - Ship to a central location
Prevent customers from putting in their shipping information by defining a single shipping address for all orders
In the Shipping Charges section, indicate if the shipping charge that will be applied. There are three options:
- Ship Orders for Free
No shipping fee will be applied to the order - Charge a Percentage Based Fee
Apply a set percentage shipping fee to be applied to the order price range. You can use one or multiple ranges. - Charge a Fixed Rate Fee
Apply a standard charge for shipping to all orders on your site.
Coupons
Coupons can help encourage traffic and create repeat customers. To create coupon codes for the store, click on the Create Coupon button.
Enter information into the available fields to configure the coupon:
- Coupon Code (Required)
This is the code shoppers will enter during the checkout process on the store. - Order Minimum
Enter the minimum amount necessary for this coupon to be applicable. - Coupon Type (Required)
Use the drop-down to select if the discount is based on a percentage or a fixed amount. - Amount Off (Required)
The value of the percentage or fixed amount to be applied. - Dates Active (Required)
These dates will help determine when the coupon will be active the store. - Status
Indicates whether the coupon is active or paused. - Instructions or Notes
Type a directive or comment about this coupon if needed.
The coupon will be listed in the Coupons area and you can click on the Edit link to update it.
Disclaimers
During the check-out process, there are three disclaimers that can be enabled or disabled, as well as customized:
- Show Disclaimer in Add to Cart Modal
- Show Disclaimer in Cart
- Show Disclaimer in Order Summary Card
Use the slider to make a disclaimer visible or hidden during the check-out process on the store. Click on the Edit link to update the verbiage.
