When you save a custom to your CRM, the information saved in the customer's CRM record pulls into the order documents that you create in ESP+.
Contacts
There are three primary contact roles available in the CRM. When you add contacts to a company you can assign them the order approver, shipping contact, and/or billing contact roles. When you create order documents for the company, those contacts will automatically be assigned to the order and placed in the corresponding area on the order documents.
Decoration
When you save a decoration to the CRM, the decoration can be imported into the order, saving you time when configuring products for order documents.
