Supplier ratings are compiled into a Supplier Performance score that provides distributors with information about the supplier's reputation and business practices.
A supplier rating can be submitted from the From the Supplier Detail Page as well as from within a Purchase Order.
Submit Rating From the Supplier Detail Page
From the ESP+ homepage, type the supplier's name or ASI number in the quick search box. Then, go to the Supplier tab and click on their name.

On the Supplier Detail Page, go to the Ratings and Review section. You will be able to review the overall rating information and transaction numbers for this supplier, as well as reviews from other distributors. To add a rating for this supplier, click on the "Rate this Supplier" button.

Submit Rating From a Purchase Order
To locate a purchase order for a specific supplier you would like to rate, click on "Projects" from the main toolbar and then click on "Orders" from the available options.

You can use the search and filter options to help locate the purchase order. After locating the purchase order, click on the order number to open it.

Next, click on the Purchase Orders option on the left to view all purchase orders. Click on the three-dot icon and select "Rate Supplier" from the drop-down menu.

The "Rate a Supplier" window will open and display your account information followed by the supplier's ASI number and name. Enter the date and number of transactions you have completed with this supplier.
The ratings scale is a numeric score and star rating (up to 5 stars) that is calculated on performance in the following areas:
- Overall Satisfaction: General level of satisfaction with the transaction in question.
- Product Quality: Relative to your expectations based upon price, catalog or electronic images or samples.
- Communication: Promptness and accuracy related to questioning, invoices, and order status updates.
- Delivery: Were published or agreed upon shipping schedules met? Was packaging adequate?
- Imprinting/Personalization: Quality relative to your expectations based upon imprint method, product, catalog or electronic images or samples.
- Problem Resolution: Satisfaction related to concerns raised during the transaction in question (if applicable).
- Additional Comments (optional): Enter additional feedback regarding your experience with the supplier. Please note that comments deemed inappropriate will be suppressed. Suppliers may review and respond to any comments prior to publication.
When you have finished entering information, click on the "Submit Rating" button.
